The spacious dog-friendly room with direct outdoor access was a delight! The staff's friendliness was commendable. I found the external area a bit tired-looking. not bad! 😊

I stayed one night and found the location heaps good, but the room was pretty tired and could do with a bit of a spruce up. Staff were super friendly, though.

views of the small loch, lovely room decor, convenient location near attractions
Late arrival process left much to be desired!!! A more reliable system for after-hours check-in could enhance guest experiences. Attention to menu variety would be appreciated, as limited choices can detract from an enjoyable stay!!!

Staying here was bliss for our family. The staff were lovely. We loved exploring the nearby beaches and even went fly fishing, a highlight of our trip. Dinner at the hotel was especially good. We enjoyed some hearty home-cooked meals with beautiful views around us.
My wife wishes there were more activities for kids.

The owner, Eileen, offered a level of hospitality that felt personal. The food exceeded my expectations, with the staff attentive to my dietary needs. Gorgeous views of the garden.

The hotel's location was stunning, nestled beside a peaceful loch and perfect for exploring the island's Neolithic sites. The friendly staff were always ready to help and the Scottish breakfast with local black pudding was delicious.

We enjoyed our city break at this hotel. the room was nicely heated, comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was provided. the breakfast service was great - we felt welcomed and the food was amazing. the best part of the hotel was its location as it was easy to explore the surroundings on foot, and we enjoyed strolling around the area.
the service at the hotel's restaurant during dinner was slow and disorganized, with the staff appearing frazzled and unprepared.
